i have two jobs a month that require reching the third floor, would a 30ft pole be ok and what pole would you recomend, would only be used for a few hours each month, unless we picked up further work requiring such a pole, seen a couple on ebay, one is extel, the other pure freedom sell, both about £200 new.

A 11 mtr fishing pole makes a useable 30' pole that is rigid and extremely light. £70 odd off ebay,..

get yourself a gf extel, open the clamps up take off the last 2 sections, take the retaining tape off the now bottom section, buy relevant end cap from gardiners. drill either side of the end cap and put a zip tie through it to act as a handle to pull the cap off when you need to. you now have an everyday lightweight pole that will reach 3 floors and when needed it can be converted into the full 30' as needed. have been doing this myself for the last month and it works a treat.
