What rates do you pay employees

Just wondered how much any of you pay your employees on a weekly basis

£300 - £320 per week

Normal £7 a hour but have a good employee and pay him £8-50 a hour

the only way i would or need to pay anyone that kind of money is if the made my business at least 2k a week!!

he did say "I" wouldnt work "for" someone for less than that amount. And im guessing that is because he is experiencing the advantage of being self-employed and wouldnt work for someone else for less than that amount. im guessing everyone here thinks the same.

But for a minute i also thaught that he was meaning he pays someone that price  :D

my old boss payed that money between £700 - £1300 a week and that still wasnt enough sometimes considering the amount we used to do it was slave labour.

Yes good money but the amount of work done would give most of you wfp worker's a heart attack, and im not joking !!!!!!! ps That was self employed ltd not employed

some of the usual foolish awnsers are here today if i was employing what would  i pay  them?

around here south london 60 a day seems the norm cash in hand
 
i havent employed for 7 years tooo much stress but sometimes feel an assistant wwould ease the load and not make some days boring  but could i pay 60 a day ????????????????????????

Steve cm dems good wages man. I know one of your main competitors and he pays 300 take home. So I expect your staff are good and if they have any sence they'll stay. Not sure about your yp strategy, but i haven't had long enough to think of a sensible answer.

Just been reading bransons new book (tenner in tesco's), very good on branding, might give you a few ideas.

Most of my domestic work is around that figure, obviously commercial work is more.

The online quote calculator was a freebie,just modified the code before i put it on my webpage.
