If you mean 4.18 meters, then 13 feet, I would say no bud. I am insured upto 15 feet, but some times if its a tall window you have to rest the ladder above it, so I would suggest a 20 feet set, and make sure you get ladder mats, or some kind of leveler.

Never go out in bad winds, wear good boots with a strong grip because if they are wet they can be slippy and you dont want to fall of them.

If I was buying a new set, I would probablly go with

www.ladders999.co.uk/

And would get the heavt duty, ones that go to 21 feet. £309.03.

Hope that helps you mate

GO WFP!!!!

But if all else fails, a set of aluminium triple 8's (trade quality) with the top section tapering to a point (A frame) is what I'd buy if I ever wanted ladders ever again.

Buy a decent ladder safety device/stabiliser,... don't take chances.

For the cost of decent ladders, Trad gear and a stabiliser,.... you'd get a backpack WFP system easily.

Cheap RO unit (Off ebay)
Fishing pole
A cheap brush
10 litres of resin
A window cleaning warehouse backpack
A bit of hose and some fittings
and some water barrels,...

That's all you need!!
