« on: October 25, 2008, 04:20:07 pm »
me and 'cleanglass' done this job for 4 years with the old ionics 60ft pole 12kgs,

the guy we worked for lost the contract we heard rumours of the new quote anyone want to guess?

the pics are taken from the net, its the front and 2 sides, the side not in the picture is basically the same but has an extra 1st floor set of windows

the far end of the building is fully extended 60ft in the palm of the hand
all green panels included

£500?  If it's been quoted for a monthly clean, only certain windows will get cleaned monthly, and the rest will be done twice-a-year; though they'll still charge £500.

I bet!

I'm guessing the quote was low so i expect they are doing it for a days wages. Maybe as low as £200?

Well if they do a good job which i doubt they will for that price theyll hold onto it for as long as they want, glad im not in Brighton with this company working there as theyll be ruining commercial work with those prices as not so long ago youd have to of absailed down,

Not being funny here but i reckon i could do that in a day so £300 a day doesn't sound bad to me. Or are the access problems too difficult for a sole trader? I don't know the place mind, so it's just an observation.

Good luck to them as ive seen these lads doing work and dont seem to have much of a clue, yer it might take a day but why price this on a days work just because of wfp a few years back it would of taken a couple so why spend money on system then reduce price.
