HI YWCS

It could be a number of reasons  ::) . I get this on a few windows ..

First it could be water getting in to the frame itself from the top pane then leaking out some time later, When it does it is contaminated water and you get spoting

Or it could OXIDIZED rubber seals  :o

To find out which one. On this window just clean the bottom window leaving out the 2 top panes..

If you get spoting then you know its OXIDIZED.. If not then you know its from the 2 panes above..

Thanks
Adders Rinse and clean

i used to get this,

in the gap between the two small windows..... i scrub as much as i can  ( i do this on them all now)..... then i rinse twice....

then i do the large window without rinsing just now,.... then i move on to another window , clean it.... then go back to large pane.... by this time most of the dripping from my rinse above the large pane,  has stopped..... so i rinse it thougherly.... without touching the top frame.

i have checked them all, and i dont have that problem now.

it always seems to have been , when there are two small windows close together,
you have to get the crap out from between them.  ;)

Are there small circular drainage holes on the opener windows, you have to look under the frame to see, if there are....clean top openers, leave to drain, clean other windows and go back to finish the bottom pane.
