Hi,
I've bought a big round all on one estate that has been done traditionally.  I wanted to ask you if you would change them to wfp.  I want to get into this but Im concerned that i'll lose customers and also it will be a pain using this system anyway.  As an example what do you do if the side gate is locked.  Normally I would just jump over by splitting the ladders.  If you have to do this to get over it would mean taking the ladders off the roof and carrying them around along with the pole.  It seems a bit of a hassle carrying ladders and pole together.  Any advice?

i bought some .. all trad, changed them all to wfp on my first clean, i lost 4, but most seemed happy, as the frames and doors were filthy, now they shine 

i carry a small ladder inside the van for locked gates.

you could do just the upstairs with WFP first,explain its a safety thing,  they will get used to it then change them over

send out an explanation letter then swop them over a few at a time allowing you plenty of time for first cleans . another idea is the month before give the frames a good dust upstairs traditionally and then will come up better when wfp the next month.

Yup, agree with that, but if there out, just do them wfp all over.. thats what i did when i changed.

Yes!
Mix and matching the method i use would get me down unless it was my choice.
Better to get the conversion over with as soon as possible. Weed out the moaners and enjoy the day.

first clean i would do trad and get the top frames clean then explain that your moving them over to the new system as of next month

why bother? start as you mean to go on! just spend time cleaning everything with the system and the second time you go round you will be flying round!!
