New to the window cleaning business

Hi everyone,
I.ve just established a new business in my area (Tamworth) and was wondering if there was any tips anyone can give me from method statements to generating new customers.  Any help would be most greatful and where's the best place to buy ladders and what size. ???

Why you not try the water feed pole system...????
Looks expensive but you can get more profit, in the end of the day. And its more safe.
