hey up guys been doing some end tennency cleaning and am having a bit of trouble with the toilets , what i mean is you know when the tennennt dosent clean it and your left with the dirty limescale in the bottom of the pan is there anything that will shift it quite quickly and easy have tried the ones from supermarkets and they are ok but not brill.hope you can help

I'm a bit late on this but you should be able to find some appropriate acid in a janitorial supply shop.  The stuff I used involved emptying the water out of the pan so that it's dry (a sponge is a big help) and tipping the whole bottle in an leaving it - several hours if need be.  If you ensure that all limescale is covered, it diddolves it without much effort at all.  Be warned though that it is a gloves and goggles job.

I use Premier Products and TD10 usually does the trick and takes 8 Minutes to treat.  You can leave it longer but watch out you do not want to etch the porcelin.  I have used TD10 on some pretty tough jobs and it always seems to do the job.

cheers guys will have to try something stronger done one today and the limescale was about 15mm thick ended up getting it off with a screwdriver (carefully) where do you get td10 from,

Have you tried Clovers Acid Wash 80,

Used to use it on paving but not strong enough, but for toilets etc it works.
