Contract Cleaning for a High Street Shop
« on: October 14, 2008, 08:18:57 pm »
We normally post on the window cleaning side and I hope you guys can help.

One of our high street shops has asked us if we can provide them with contract cleaning.  All the shop requires is carpets cleaned and an area of lino cleaning daily or possibly weekly.

How much would you expect to charge for a contract of this nature?

I think we are talking in terms of carpets hoovered and lino swept /washed if needed daily after closing or before opening
Do you guys just go with covering your labour costs plus a bit extra on top?

I go in for £18 per hour, that includes materials and equipment (vacuum, mop & bucket). If they want toilet tissue, tea towels, etc that is charged extra.
