I'm in Crawley and may be interested.  When you say "bare pole" do you mean without brush, without pole hose, and without pole hose fittings?
Those clamps do seem awkward at first don't they?

Let the bidding begin i think not lol, this pole is in really good condition and like i said it hasn`t even seen a days work yet. There`s nothing wrong with the pole if anyone is curious i just can`t get along with the clampedge lol,it`s well worth 300 notes on the website a new 1 works out at over 25% more and there`s none in stock. ;D

You've used it for a morning? You haven't even given yourself time to get used to it, I've been using it for three months now and it's second nature.

i've been using my sl-x for about 6 weeks and don't know how I ever managed without it!

I got used to the clamps quickly.

I honestly think you should have a rethink and use it for a week   ;D
