Suggestions please

Hi everyone,

we just started off,got a pub cleaning/daily/,an office clean in the morning and it looks like we`re gonna get another office clean as well.
i`m working full time,my wife does the pub and we both do the office in the morning before i go to work.

I`m hesitating whether to leave my full time job and do the cleans myself make sure everything is properly done therefore build my reputation -or- keep my job, take on staff and let them do the extra work.
What is your experience?Any suggestions welcome.
Thanks ;)

Do not leave your full time job until you are established and and you know what your income will be from cleaning! You could be very busy one month and very quiet the next I worked at my office job for two years while starting up then went part time if you want to take risks you can but from personal experience and I have only been in the cleaning business 4.5 years buuild your reputation first and customer/client base first! ;)
