This is the only one I have for the 200/300gpd RO

This system is very efficient at removing solids from water. It is easy to install and maintain.

The inlet water fitting allows you to connect 13mm ordinary hose to the blue barbed fitting supplied which fits into the INLET on the first vertical housing. Simply connect your hose and tighten on with the jubilee clip supplied. DO NOT overtighten.

The red pipe is for waste water and the blue one is processed water.

Connect your RO to a water source. DO NOT connect to the DI vessel yet. Then run the RO for a minimum of 2 HOURS with the flush tap in the NON FLOW position and dispose of all water output. This is to remove chemicals that are used to preserve your filters before installation.

Then connect the waste pipe to a drain and the blue outlet pipe to your DI vessel ( If applicable) and the outlet from that to your water holding facility.

You will see a black tap leading to the waste pipe. This is used to flush the system out. Use it regularly ( Once a week for 20 mins) to
ensure long life from your membrane or membranes. The membrane housings are the horizontal ones on top of the metal bracket.

Replace your 3 vertical pre-filters at least every 6 months. If you are in a particularly hard water area (TDS 350 plus) replace them every 4 months.

Given regular flushing and filter replacement the system will give you many years of excellent service. This is done using the inline tap just before the waste outlet. Turn it to the FLOW position for 10 mins twice a week. For normal production the tap should be in the NON FLOW position.
