I`m no pro (yet ) but on my very last cleans before switching to wfp, I made sure the top frames were as clean as a whistle,I reckon this made life a bit easier for me  to reduce spotting on first wfp cleans

Go out for a day with another wfp'r to get practical experience. I went out with 2 different wc's and learnt alot.
