I bet you would have still got those jobs if you had said £20! providing you had sold yourself and your service properly!! Personally, I don't take on anything for less than £25 these days!

nothing less than £25? where do you live, surely people laugh in your face if its a small house, i have a handful of properties over that price, majority are half it but i still make good money, in fact most would say im lying if i said what i do a day, well done if you re getting those prices but seems unachievable on little homes!


i think groundhog means he probably already has a full round, so he only takes on work at £25.00 +, it does not mean he charges that for smaller propertys though,i myself have a pretty full round after over 20 yrs in the trade, and i cherry pick work now to .

daz, I think you're probably right about the £25 thing, my minimum is £10 but I can see how it might be more in the future.

I also went to wood green, but wouldn't have known you as i'm 6 years younger  :P  (5 years younger next thursday!)

to be honest, these 2 items have been the best improvements in my system since I started wfp.

between this and passing on all my awkward/difficult jobs, every day is a breeze now, i'm never worn out at the end of the day and turnover/profits are improving all the time
