Thanks to help from Ian, I put Wednesdays and Thursdays work onto my PDA, to try and get done  today. I have used it this morning and it is easier than I thought it would be. What I liked most was, once you have saved a custies payment it automatically jumps to the next custie on the round. Saves  time. I will be downloading it all tonight onto my computer, looking forward to seeing all my records, including debts updated.
