hi guys

starting  a new contract on the 25th oct,  the people that have bought the building were not happy with the present cleaners, so they asked me to quote them for the work, and i got it,#

where do i stand when it comes to the tupe?

1) the new landlords were not happy with the present cleaning contactors, and werent contractualy obligated to them.
2) will i be able to make the current cleaners redundant on the fri before they finish then re employ them on monday on our terms, and i must say that ourterms a hell of a lot better than the present contractors

try to make sense of what im asking thanx jonny
