sorry to break it to you stevie, but these poles are neither light or new...I used to own one. And they weigh much more than the already high weight on their website. A 25ft pro-long has 3 quaters of a kg of hose, the trident gooseneck weighs a ton too. I would recommend an sl-x instead.

StevieG, if that pole is not up to your standard i`ll pick the pole up off you and give you a full refund. Thats how confident I am of this pole. Iv not had one complaint about the Elites.

Over the past couple of years I have had dozens of sales calls from Brodex, each time I have requested them to send me a brochure - never have received one - don't think I will ever risk ordering anything on the strength of that alone.

, If you have had any bad service from this company or any other then let every one know, If they think they can offer a good and prompt service then forget Brodex

And I have had nothing but excellent service from Brodex.
Delivery everytime within 2 working days and even a 12 month old pole replaced with a brand new one within 48 hours (after it broke)

all poles nowadays should come down to a workable ground height.... small downstairs poles should be relics.

if i had some money and a bit of know how, i would make a super duper light pole that folds down, so its very very manageable to do downstairs too.

why oh why do they make 18 ft poles... that fold down so you can harldly reach the bloody clamp... let alone use it for downstairs windows.)

When I was starting up last year I requested some info brochures from brodex and never recieved anything so I thought forget them and they lost out on thousands of pounds and pure freedom got my business, and after reading all these negative posts im glad I never did do business with brodex!
