Wcw backpack and purifying water
« on: September 16, 2008, 08:42:15 am »
Hi guys, thanks for your previous advice, im going to give the wcw backpack a go,as its only for a few houses on my round. At that price why not. The only thing im worried about is purifying the water. Can anyone explain exactly how i do this from scratch and how much it will cost? Bear in mind i live in a hard water area. Also what pole can i get for the wcw backpack and how much roughly? Also if i buy the pure water how do i know it will be ok? Also why have i had customer after customer sack there window cleaner because he used wfp and it left the windows streaky and full of marks? Im assuming the water has to be purified just right so if anyone can talk me through it from scratch? Thanks guys.

you could get a pole for around £90 from wcw i think they called x-tel or x-cel , depending on how much water you need a 200 gpd ro unit should be fine around £180 for this , on the ro unit you have 3 filters and 2 membrains you allso have 3 diffrent coloured tubes red ,green and blue . red is for ingoing water you get a connection that self pierces on any water pipe , green is for the waste and the blue is your pure prodution , you minght allso need a booster pump depending on your pressure . a di vesel will make sure your water tds is 000ppm , i think the reason others have been sacked is that they wasnt rinsed off enough , when you do get started practice on your own & familys windows so you can see the out come then if you are getting any problems you will beable to explain on here and get advice for that , good luck for when you start mate was the best move i ever made .
