« on: September 15, 2008, 06:29:23 pm »
Hi all,  I got a call today to do a job in town later on tonight.

It will involve scraping the windows and pilling off tape from around the windows....

I just thought I would ask you want should I be charging?

2 men about 3 hours work max

How much would you charge.....

builders cleans are always longer than you think, charge your normal hourly rate x either half or double ie if you would charge 30 an hr for normal then ask btween 45-60, so itd be 6 x 45 = 270

And get a "scratched glass waiver" signed before you start work. Don't get blamed for scratches the builder put on the glass, but that were hidden under the dirt!
