Folks on MSE asking   "how much should window cleaning cost? "
Examples given....

"3.00 for 4 bed house with 11 sash windows here in Pembrokeshire!
Not bad!"

"A pound for me 3 windows"

"£5.50 for a detached 3 bedroom in cheltenham. 8 windows"

was just reading there post on there, '1 pound for three windows', even the cheapest window cleaner in my town will look over priced if they are expecting that. That pour guy going to give his qoute wont stand a chance.

Yes it would but I've had this discussion before on here. The price divide between north and south is unbelievable! Theres no way I would move up north with those prices - sounds like to much hard work!

I am in scotland, and would say that some prices on here seem high in comparison to me, but there is even cheaper again. But I fear that there is too many people doing this job off the book and charging less. I have seen it time and time again. eventually they realise they can make more and ditch the customers, then we go by and they are looking to get there house done for the price they pay a taxi driver, to take them a five minute trip.

Needless to say, some pay a more sensible price and some stay dirty.

Have to agree with you even with the price divide there are some silly prices that some charge. £1.00 for 3 windows - I wouldn't even fart for that!
