« on: September 12, 2008, 03:12:31 pm »
Just wondering if anyone of you use welcome packs? if yes:

1) What do they contain
2) What feedback did you get from customers
3) Did you think thet were the time and effort

I dont use them but have thought about it, would be handy for giving them info about your service and what they should expect. Go beyond the usual info on a flyer and tell them all about your meathods, equipement, anual price rises and so on.

I was thinking a little background of company, FAQ's, mention Rain Guarntee and T&C's. A4 split in half. a page for each section. basically whats on website. hand it over with bussiness card plus a frige magnet (customers like, handed them out last year to regulars.)

Only give them to who take up my service. Enquries just get leaflet.
