dilution for ecover is 1 to 5 % not 15% just checked on gardiners web site

You may well be right but I have just checked on the container and I can't see a dot or anything between the 15.

But just to help you I stick 1ltr in a 5ltr tank and I have always had good results.

I will check this with Ecover to get the correct % of dilution unless Alex can put some light on it.

I'm absolutely gutted????
I went and did a conservatory roof today and it was a real green one, but I forgot my camera :'( :'( when I got home the boss said why didn't you use your phone to take the pictures?... DOH!

I did a small test with ecover and this is what I did after setting my gear up.

I sprayed 3 panels and bars with ecover, left it a couple of minutes and then began to wash it with my carwash brush and custy's tap water, it was like the green had just been spilt on there and washed of both the panel and the bars with great ease.

Once I had finished the three panels I tried to wash the next panel without ecover, I could see it was coming off but it involved a lot of scrubbing the bar was a different story? That needed more and more scrubbing to clean it.  To do a whole roof without ecover, I would still be there now.

The lady wanted the finials and the trim cleaned, I explained that's all part of the service, Again I sprayed the trim and finials with ecover and left a couple of minutes, I always use my pole and pure water for this work and the only reason I use my wfp is because you need a lighter brush, if your brush is too heavy, you stand a chance of dislodging or knocking the trim or finial off completely, with a lighter brush you can agitate the trim and tickle the finial  ;D and they come up like new in no time.

When the Job was complete I called out the custy to inspect it, I even get them to have a look from the bedroom so they can look down on the work I have Just done, all the guttering was also done and I had a £10 tip for a Job well done.

I will never use anything else other than ecover and I'm NOT getting freebie's from Alex Gardiner to sell the product, I'm pushing it because I know its an excellent product that can be used around plants and fishponds with no worries.
