I've lost a couple by email over the last few weeks and two by letter.
I think its just easier than telling you face to face.
They were all young couples in new houses.

Try not to get too upset mate ! There are lots of people out there needing a quality cleaner like yourself , just move on and try not to dwell on the negative ! Credit crunch . . . . . . I have never had so much business LOL

I have had a few cancel and expect more. I have also had a couple of enquiries for quotes from people who already had window cleaners and are shopping around for a better price.
Actually that is more worrying

With so many people being made redundant at the moment, you can't blame them for canceling life's luxuries. My Dad looks like he's facing the axe and I know that if he had a wc that he paid they would probably go as he won't be able to afford it. The redundancy pay out's are small only letting some one get by for a few months.
I do agree that dropping you by text is a bit low though, it's the easy way out.
Simon.

It took me a while before I stopped taking that personally. When they dont give a honest reason you think its something that you have done, but the truth is that there a loads of reasons.
My advice would be dont take it too seriously or personally. Just go out and get another customer, spend the spare time canvacing untill its filled.
