I told you to stay clear of Simply Business.

You signed the contract and they have you proper now mate!!  In my opinion the software is not even worth a pound let alone a grand.

You will get absoutly nothing from them now not even a bit of paper! you wont hear from them again so its £17 a month for nothing ??? you might aswell throw £17 in the bin every month.

The software is rubbish its only a couple of videos of some actors and a bit of jargon, good for the bin aswell.

I'm affraid theres no way they will do that matey. Its a legally binding contract and Barclays own Simply Business you wont be able to do nothing but ride it out till the end.

WRITE TO THEM, THERE MUST BE A COOLING OFF PERIOD OOPS.

in most legally binding contracts, there has to be a cooling off period , but in any case , you can write to them and cancel, though you may have to pay a fee it wont be as much as the annual contract..... but check the cooling off period first.

They wont cancel it, trust me he's been well and truly mugged off and will be every month from now. I tried to cancel when I realised they conned me. There should be a cooling off period but it wont be very long.
