Matt , I am very sorry mate , sometimes I get carried away , I dont have many friends , forgive me ?    ;D
I am getting too old to be around people who  don't understand the concept of  loyalty and honesty.

There is only one factor that decides if you are professional or not.

Also it does not matter if the person does or does not know you to judge

A professional is anyone who accepts money for a service

The argument of whether you are a good professional or not is another matter

Food for thought

Your best customer for profit is totally a waste of time and needs to be dumped if you can't get your money owed from them, end of. Don't beat yourself up Matt (LWC) about providing your best service and loyalty to them, they weren't worth it. They done you a favour paying up and cancelling. Forget them, it's business, not personal. ;)

No friends in business, money talks etc. The Polish guy is probably half your price.
