I thought that was your day job, soon when people see you with your ladder they`ll think your a ghost.

The only advantage of Trad is the slim chance of catching some hottie getting out of the shower!!

There are no advantages of any significance of trad over wfp - done them both for long enough to know that.

Tommo if you were to actually spend an hour or less with an experienced wfp-pro then you would see this too, and as for ripping people off - if they agree to a price then its not ripping someone off, I have a job that takes 2 of us 30mins to do - its £140 a time,am I ripping someone off?  NO - it was the same price when we were trad and thats about 5 years ago, so they are getting a better job, done safer, less inconvenience to the customer and for comparably less than 5 years ago when I was a trad cleaner.

Simon - working the night shift?  Not making enough are we?
I've never been to bed with an ugly bird but I've woken up with loads!

The sad yet predictable facts about simon123 and Tommo69 are that in a few short weeks of coming on the site they will both have their heads turned by a whiff of the wfp gravy and be worrying themselves sick that they haven't got the latest brush and
can't slam dunk ludicrous and obscene amounts of money like some of our high end grafters.

It will all come to an end anyway, the more competition (wfp) grows the lower the rates will become, undercutting will be a serious reality & all the top chargers will have no choice but to move (downwards) with the times or go under! Enjoy while you can, as a good enough wfp set up can be had for less than 1k these days & such a man will have far less overheads than any big-boy, high earner out there. Plus, with the credit crunch & it's knock-on effect predicted to last up to 10 years, PRICE has the serious possibility of becoming EVERYTHING! With the information contained on this forum about peoples earnings & their location etc. Anyone with any sense could target an area, make a good living & cause a serious turn-around in any "top earners" w/c'ing round!

e.g.
A certain member of this forum, of which his username gives away his location, has, over the last couple of years revealed far too much personal info (probably unintentional). earnings, purchases/expenses, value of home, cost & description of vehicles etc. BUT, armed with this info, any clued up person could easily target this area of work & easily under-cut the price & still make a good living! It doesn't cost to be & look professional!

Food for thought! ;)

Tony

I like this guessing game, who is he the rat bag?

Can't be anyway near me and my secondhand van(which nwh also says is very scruffy) with an xtel pole. These bigheads deserve everything the get.

Wales is supposed to be very affluent, and of course London. In my area prices are very low.

Don't know, me personaly, i'm far too simple to follow such a complex series of short motion pictures. MOTION PICTURES? that's where the term MP3 comes from (mpeg3), it stands for - motion picture experts group- audio layer three!  a compressed audio format.
