if my sums are right he wants 12.5 times the monthly rate which seems a lot for houses. it depends how long they take to do though.

work here in blackpool is hard to come by and you can buy houses for 3 - 5 times the monthly turnover but if you want good priced commercial work here you have to pay between 10 - 20 times the monthly value.
