Do you price bonnet cleaning differently fron hwe?
What would you charge for 40 man hrs using a Thermadry or similar?

Of course, but who gets the benefit of the faster clean?
If you do a day hwe and then a day lm, would you charge the same for both?

Dave, don't get greedy if youve got that much carpet in one hit, sell it accordingly on the larger the area the cheaper it get pro rata.
One set up, one trip in fuel, I'd go for £40/hour.
If going down the HWE route with the extra backache etc I'd aim around the £50/hour

40 manhours can mean different things EG; 40 hrs for me is £4000
,
40man hours for me and a helper is £2020, that 20hrs for me @£100/hr and 20hrs for my helper @ £1/hr
I don't find bonnet cleaning any faster than HWE, you spend just as long vaccing as you do bonneting

How true Mike , last night I cleaned 3 carpet rugs and one office= 44m2 using bonnet method , in the same time it took Shaun to TM nearly 3 times that area . That new machine is a serius piece of kit.
