Haven't done much work with your Council as they have 4 Enforcement Officers . We have worked with Neighbour Hood Watch in your area who have put a statement out to their members.

What I am trying to work with them is to get a year license for those who employ. But we will get round to them in the future asking them to publicise licensing.
