I would telephone each one first and ask the name of the manager and then send a letter that is personally addressed to them. It's got a lot more chance of being read by them and not just binned by a secretary and it has a more personal feel to it.

Maybe worth trying a call to one and asking the manager if they decide who does their window cleaning.

Hope this helps.

I do a travel lodge and its down to the individual manager who cleans the windows.

What you have to watch is there is a manager and about half dozen duty managers, make sure you ask for the manager and not the duty manager.

Depending on the price they can pay you from petty cash, if not the pay you by bacs once a month.
