No problems USING WFP

Do they arrive for work on horseback, wearing stetsons and shouting "YEE HAAAA"

 ;D ;D ;D

WFP "WORKS"

The problem you have in your area is a lot of guys have bought the system and have not been taught how to use it.

Andrew M has the right idea, buy the system and spend a day learning how to use it.

A few guys I have spoken to your way are going to go on the BWCA course, we could do with one in Scotland.

I do all my work with wfp including shops. I have one i do trad only because the frame is rotten and it leaks.

I used to have one house with crittle frames that wfp just made worse, so I jacked it rather than go back to a ladder.

If you take the time and effort to learn your quids in, if not you just get a bad name and also give wfp a bad name.

Wfp is safer, quicker, gives a fantastic result when used correctly. If your still not listening and your making excuses for not going wfp then good luck to you,  I hope you enjoy the risk and the smaller returns  ;D

Whoever invented wfp should be shot. It is a force for evil and should have no place in the working practices of modern 21st centuary window cleaning. ;D

Why then do I choose to continue using it for over 4 years despite having a good established round for the previous 17 years worked traditionally?  :-\

Thing is about 4 years ago I decided to try and alienate my entire round by doing a really rubbish job. The best way to do this is to go water fed I decided.
Problem is ....4 years on I've got more work than I can handle. Customers love the job it does. Reason being I know how to use it properly.

These threads about wfp are pointless. You could make the same arguments about trad work.

It is tougher to get business using wfp round my way, simple as that.  I have plenty on, so use it regardless.  Many of my customers would prefer trad though.

The general thought here in Holland from our customers is that do not really care how the windows are cleaned as long as they are cleaned...

What I do here is ..."you dont keep using the same old water in your bucket do you" ?....

This is not a 'go' at trad ....but people just seem to want to have their windows cleaned with the least fuss possible...

Dave.

Spot on ( dont mention  the spots  ;D ;D) Loads of people have said to me "Frankly I dont care how you do it or how the system works I just ant my windows cleaned".
And they keep having me back so I must be doing something right!

I think most peoples problems are because of dish washing soap.

well WFP round ym area is  losing people lots of jobs all ove rthe place for a few different cleaners.

GF's Dad has his own clenaing business and has done for over 30 years and he is fed up hearing stories from all manne rof people. he will only use it on  large commercial jobs through using his friend sequipment.

I am going to find it hard to get jobs with WFP due to what has happened round my way.

where i live, it has become the method of cleaning , and although some may not like it, they have to accept it, as we all use wfp...

my round is still growing partly through advertising and partly from recomendation.
so i must be doing something right :)

A pal of mine has recently picked up some new work on an estate near me that has been done badly with WFP. When he described the mess that was left and how hard it was to remove with trad tools it sounded to me that it had been done with tap water. TDS of tap water round here is about 400.

I moved to this town 18 mths ago, wfp had a bad name with the wc's and the customers. I am by far the most expensive wc in my area. I now have too much work here. I have only ever had one complaint about my work and yes it was my fault, I answered my mobile and missed a window  :o

Funny thing is the other wc's are changing to wfp and the customers are requesting it.

It only take a bad user or two and customers start to talk especially in smaller communities.

I have met two wc's that changed to wfp and have gone back and the reason is they both didnt have a scoobies about how to use the system and also were unable to listen to advise.

If a wc doesn't like wfp he's doing it wrong its that simple  ;D
