Motivation is the hardest thing about this job as it can get monotonous
Set yourself some targets have some that are easy to acheive some a little harder and a larger target whether it be about money earned jobs done or new jobs or save up for a luxury item either something you want for work or a wide screen tv a foreign holiday once you acheive these targets it helps keep you motivated and then you move on to the next

Dont give up just yet the money you can earn and the freedom to do what you want when you want for me is the biggest motivation i could never work for someone now

when youve done that give yourself a kick up the arse and get on with it man  ;)

Is that where you're based?

I work in the South Hams and around Torbay so I'm fortunate to have lovely scenery around where I work. I have 6 customers right at the entrance of a beach that I park on to clean every month.

Jay, what do you want from life?

Maybe you want to travel, have a nice car, buy a new home, a large tv, footie season tickets?

My main motivation at the moment is to get our finances back on an even keel. Always too much month left at the end of the money!  :)
Once that is done I want to give the wife and kids a little holiday.

Work out what you want and what you need to do to get it. That is what will motivate you.
Do all the good you can, and make as little fuss about it as possible.

Jay have you got someone that works with you?

If not set someone on a parttime basis a bit of company and also earning you some extra cash..go for it .
