balcony jobs

hello, quick question, i,ve taken a job on where its a block of flats about six storey high my poles just about do it, but cant do the balcony's as pole wont get in there, anyone have jobs like this and is it usual just to say to customers balcony wont get cleaned. i dont reallly want to go into flats and do them which some have asked to much hassle, any comments anyone.

I don't do flats for this very reason.

I would tell them the balconies won't get done

Sell them a spray bottle of pure water and a couple of microfibre cloths, and tell them how to do it themselves.

i think it's tesco who sells di water for around 70p per litre.
