Risk Assessment

Hi guys, i've got a relative who needs a Risk assessment form for trad window cleaning on some his commercial customers. Does any one have a template for this please.

people really need to sit down think about the running of their business and create their own risk assessments/method statements etc.....to me this shows a lack of professionalism....if you can do the job and know what you are doing write it down,if you can,t get working for someone else!!

It used to be. Now its for coating people off and finding out whos dad is the biggest.
Haven't got a trad RA, but if I did you'd be welcome to a copy of it.

  Not wanting a arguement at all pal, so fair do,s yr relative is old school and doesn,t have these forms so why don,t you pass him one of your risk assesments/method statements on for the jobs you do.... then jobs a good un then.
