No Cold Calling Zone
« on: July 15, 2008, 03:38:13 pm »
Hi,

I have been out and leafleted some areas but I want to go and door knock as I feel that this will be a more effective way of getting business. However, our town is plastered with 'No Cold Calling Zone' signs.

I know it is NOT illegal to cold call, but was wondering if anyone has had the same situation and what the response was when they did try door knocking?

I dont do these areas as i was told by a resident of one of these areas that if your seen cold calling theyve been told by police to take a pic of you and report you.
