scratch remover?

Whats that stuff you can get that fills in the scratches on windows? I've heard of some stuff that works on here before, can anyone tell me what it is and where I can get it from?

Got to www,frost.co.uk and get some of the glass polish - it is a kit that you use on a drill - be prepared for a long day

these scratches are all around the edges of one particular window in my customers house, possibly done by the painter trying to remove the excess he'd managed to get on the glass. Looks like he'd used a razor to scrape it off without wetting the window first :o

Its almost certainly caused by sandpaper when rubbing down the frames from your description. I see it quite often

Don't think you will get it out and my advice is don't get involved. You may make it worse and it isn't your problem.

Hi Vince, I'm not going to do the work myself, its just that I told the custy I may be able to tell them about a product Ive heard of on here before and then they could use it themselves ;)

Just ordinary white toothpaste. Rub in circular fashion with soft cloth. light scratches disappear, deep ones very much alleviated.

and it doesn't put really fine little scratches on the glass?

actually that does work doesnt it, I used that on an xbox 360 game which now works perfectly!
