Anyone dealt with X-Line
« on: July 10, 2008, 08:37:15 pm »
Hi Guy's
I know x-line are members of this forum and are a relativly new company, but has anyone dealt with them? If so what is there gear like and there customer service?

The reason I'm asking is that a Trad friend of mine recieved a quote from them recently for his wfp gear, when he emailed me with a couple of quotes he had x-line's prices came out the best by a long way.

I've not personally had any dealings with x-line so I told him I would ask for anyone who had, I need to know if the quality of gear they sell is as good as most of the other suppliers.

Yer there top guys like most of the suppliers ive dealt with, x-line, gardiner pole systems, Andrew McCann, Window clean warehouse, Window clean center, ive only ordered a pole end from x-line but very helpful even tho it was such a small item, they even rung back when they said they would. really helpful and good advice, buy from them.

Thanks Mr Chris  ;D

They were a couple of hundred quide cheaper than all the quotes he had and we all know a couple of hundred quide is a lot of savings.

I'll keep my eye on this post to see if we get more replys.

Hi mate

ive met James from xline a couple of times, hes a really nice guy and really helpful and does me a cup of coffee when i go in his shop ;D

from what i know he and his family have been in the business for many years and know their stuff and very competative on prices ive only bought a couple of bits off him myself, one being a sill brush and it was much cheaper than
anyone else.

I know of a couple of people that have bouhgt things off him and are very satisfied, if youre looking for a big system from them they look very well made i know Mike from Temple Cleaning bought one of their van systems you could try and get some feedback from him hes a member of this forum

regards

Brett

Its looking good for my mate then, Just wondering how they can do it so cheap? I think I'll be emailing my mate tomorrow, to tell him there products sound good quality at bargain prices.

A bit more positive feedback for James! -

Since I converted to wfp earlier this year i've gone from a trolley system to a van mounted system all with the help from x-line.
Fortunately for me, the shop isn't too far. You can buy whatever you like over the internet, but for me you see what you get at very good prices.
The advice however that James gives, you cannot buy...
