i used to rent part of my round out the lad who was renting from me was great to start with he was happy with how things were going and so was i , but over time the complaints started to come in , i was losing work on a daily basis what started out good was turning sour really quick , if you can find someone you can really trust then it can be a good thing , i thought i could trust this lad but it wasnt to be .

If your thinking of letting out your round paul then I would think it can only be frought with trouble too much to go wrong there are so many round here that that would abuse your trust and if they turn out to be of any use then they would probably soon realise they could easily cut out the middle man ie you

Hi All,

Thanks for the replies. Not really what I was looking for, but I do understand and have taken it on board. Not really looking to sell Chris. It is now getting to the stage where i am wanting to expand my 2 1/2 weeks around Eye and concentrate on that, while someone looks after Ipswich. Any way how ie it going with you, hav.nt seen you around lately.

Thanks Paul

The goings good for me lately , the guy I met earlier in the week in Eye is looking to expand some more in Eye too so it might get a bit competitve and crowded for that matter

Hello Chris,

There is plenty of work to go round. All my work so far is word and mouth. Soon going to be sign written, plus website and a blanket advertising campaign. Just wanting another 2 2/12 weeks worth of domestic around here. then maybe employ someone for ips.

Laters Paul
