Go on Matt,.. treat yourself to a van mount and hot setup! You'll never look back!

Spend some of the remaining 19K on a nice family holiday, have some quality time with the little un,... put some in a high interest savings account,...

Buy an apartment here:

......and then do the window cleaning yourself  ::)

Ionics thermopure system fitted out in a brand new van like Tennet but with Gardiners SL-X & SL2 both fitted with Tucker brushes and a facelift pole as a spare :)

If it was my own money I'd forget the Ionics thermopure (because I've already got an Omnipole retro fit hot system, the SL-X and the facelift), I'd just need the SL2 and spend the rest on a decent new van :)

If I was a northerner which I ain't I might even consider spending 20k on 2k worth of new work ;D (not) ;D

Here's an off-the-wall idea:

Why not spend some of it investing in your own skills to specialize?

You could, pay to do some powered access training so that you could quote for commercial jobs that require hydraulic boom lifts.

Or you could do some rope training so that you could do absailing work on commercial jobs (I think you need a team of at least 2 for that though).  Broaden your repotoir so to speak.

Just a thought.

I would convert my landy to run on chip fat , then invest the rest for  ten years. then have a big count up at 50 and retire!

buy a lake in france they can be good income, max of six anglers a week at 250 each angler, you could expect to fill it solid for ten mths of a year,  then slow window cleaning down to a part time job a week once a mth the rest i would be back a forth from the lake

with that amount of money why not think about making a bigger bussiness, take on a second person to do your present round while you build up more work .

Don,t bother with too much expansion its too much hassle, invest a small amount in yr business to make things easier or to increase t/over defiantly a couple of family holidays, lump sum off mortgage or deposit a nice sum into high interest account all would be a wise moves...me myself personally I,d blow the lot on hookers ;)

You saw the No Going Back a few years ago, didn't you?  That bloke bought the lake, drained it to see if they could find the supposed 'monster' in it, didn't, filled it back up, put carp in it and took the campers bacon butties in the misty morning!

Me jealous?   :P

Buy a property on the Sandbank in Dorset when the recession starts and sell it when the recession's over. Could retire on the profits. :)

I think not Wayne, they are now predicting that sandbanks will be under water in not to many years time so as far as property investments go i wouldn`t.
