As Len has mentioned regarding rust remover

Custy called me on a recommendation to help her on a red wine stain to a 3 month old "John Lewis" wool carpet today, she had used all the usual panic methods of trying to remove it only to make it a lot worse! (We all know what the usual suspects are)

I extracted only using hot water to remove 80% of the stain and those usual suspects, then used Chemspec rust remover in a trigger spray to finish off with a 100% result!

Custy was thrilled to bits
