hi guys

just had a look at the brand new tex system. it ground breaking! its a portable that uses low pressure with high water flow and air flow. its had over £350k spent on its design. its a gadget pleasure.

it can be used as a stand alone portable or with the tex pad system. you have not seen anything like this before.

Yes i have had a go and its the most advanced machine on the market with advanced computer control. with the high flow rate and air rate it will be the only machine that does this.

many high pressure protables have problems with back pressure and having to replace pumps this puts an end to this problem. its no differant to pressure washers when you buy one with high pressure and low water flow it not very effective, but with high water flow its a differant game.

we all know the benfits os high air flow on both TMs and portables.

its size is about the same a ninja but it does look bigger more like the triple vac that solution did. it light and has had lots of money spent making it easy to move around.

one thing that i liked very much was the remote control not more running up and down stairs every time the phone rings.

the price is going to be under the top end ninja so thats good news. lots of extra in the pipe line with electric ringers for the tex pads.

one intersting thing is the solution hose to allow for the high flow its about the same size as normal but with a larger bore.

Ian with pressure washers it is equally as pants the other way around low pressure high flow. I could drop a tonne of water onto my patio in milliseconds but wouldn't clean too well!

Also i like the idea of the tardis hose bigger on the inside than it is on the outside!

Truckmounts work with high pressure and high volume that is why it is as effective as it is!

I spoke to Mark a couple of weeks ago and he was excited about his new beast , apparently all of the first production run is spoken for.

I have recently been using Tex on commercial and have had a number of 'this is the best it's ever been' comments on carpets which had been HWE'd with portables and TM's in the past.

Are you buying one of the new machines, if so I wouldn't mind a play, I like the Texatherm approach of letting the product speak, rather than a load of hype.

The new tex machine does make my ninja look pretty old fashioned... But by adding more electronics there is more to go wrong, I know if a switch goes on my ninja I can go to my local electrical shop and replace it pretty quickly, if something on the tex control panel goes will the whole panel need replacing (cost?) will it need to go back to the manufacturer (time?).......

The remote control is pretty cool though

Believe me you are going to get an amazing machine, with outstanding build and reliability. The reason why? Mark has had the "guts" and belief to develop and  produce such a machine.

I won't go into the features, it will spoil the suprise, but be prepared for some serious ground breaking stuff!!!
