Hanging the reel is no problem, and it can be used from either side which makes domestics real easy from kerb side. Its easier to reel in as you can stand up, not bend down over the reel like on the rear.  I had a frame made which is bolted to the ceiling. In fact I bought the van and had the system fitted by Varitech. I think they did a good job, its a joy to work from.

The system is set well back to give me more space for my carpet cleaning gear etc up front. The fitted system is a 500ltr DI only. Its well with in axel limits and as the van has intelligent rear suspension the ride is always level as the tank empties.

The van is ply lined and I drilled 2 large holes on each side and fitted two extending shower poles, which I covered with pipe lagging and tape. Is nice as you can rest  many poles on it.

The Van is a Citroen Dispatch LWB 2.0 diesel.

Hope I covered everything  ;D

Thanks for that Kevin, looks really neat.
Im looking at having a rack inside of some sort for holding a ladder and my poles. Im having a system fitted, and would like to have it further back as to gain some more space behind the bulkhead to fit a frame for carrying sealed units.
So your system starts just before the rear wheels?

Don't post on here tennent, start a new thread. It'll be a show stopper. Ionics- tenent- and a new van!!

I am very much looking forward to your report. Please be as smug and arrogant as you like and don't spare any detail. This forum is a about wc, and the van and set you are getting is just about at the top of the tree.

Can't afford a digital camera? Their jaws will be on the floor and their eyes will be green. No one will admitt that they care or are interested but the views will be through the roof.

On a serious note I can give you some advice on the 'hot', if you want it.

My that's quite a "tan" you've got on your nose. ;D

Why should anyone be envious?
It's just another window cleaning system.

He won't be able to clean windows any better than before, or anyone else.
I hope he's happy with it, and it serves him well, but there's no reason for anyone to be jealous.

It probably cost a fortune, just to do the job I do for under £900. ???
