Dean, i'll try my best mate. When you put in a website like www.snacleaners.com then the description.
Then if you highlight the website addie and right click it might  say hyperlink, if it does click on that and the rest is pretty simple.

On my other site i just add a site addie and description and upload the site and it's there.

Other sites have a picture of a globe with a chain coming from it, so if yours has got that highlight the website addie your trying to link and click on the globe then it's straightforward.

That's 3 different options mate, so i hope it's one of them.

Anything else just ask.

Well the manual links work fine for me,   over the past few days I have gone from page 10 to just off the bottom of page one on google.

If I type in my name on google like this:..... reflections window cleaners it comes up on page one but just at the bottom.
If I type into google like this:...... reflectionswindowcleaners I get a page all of my own

I had a look Dean. You need to have the website first and then the description. The web addie only needs the www. don't worry about http.
