Did the strip and rebuild over 5 Fridays in the office working on it 2-3 hours each day and one Saturday morning.

This was the first one into the UK and was adapted to get it through the CE regs, only difference is now after the rebuild is there is less wiring and no lights.

It's five years old and still running great so hopefully this will take it on for a bit more

Blower rebuild was just over £300 ( not broken just new seals and bearings so it will last, pump kit was £55 and did myself, Stripping & powder coating with a zinc primer was £220, £20 extra for metallic.  Pressure gauge £15 New Kevlar belts £40, and from spares stock, new pressure valve, hoses( use old ones as on-van backup) tattletale gauge.

Would I do it again, defiantly not! But I learned a lot along the way

Know what it like doing restorations done a few in the past one still on going this company dose some good bits http ://www.frost.co.uk/. Your powder coating cost a bit ott (bare metal should always have etch primer) would have added a one or two more colours. Looks the biz.
