Just seen on TV North west tonight - brian the carpet cleaner ( from bolton ) standing alone outside a petrol station in protest of high pump prices .

well done brian .

Go to the page England then click on Manchester NEWS LOCAL TO YOU  on that page should say petrol prices examined.
