Silly question maybe ....but Ive never had a customer ask me to remove paint off glass  !, do customers expect  this in a normal clean ?

What they except and what they get is different, Paint removal I charge extra for quite a lot extra more.
if there is an odd blob that takes more time for us to clean the windows if left I will remove it free because I am nice like that.

If i cant reach them off my four rung little giant then i never bother with the job, When i was younger i used to to have a 28ft double, But now every gets done from the little giant..Anything above this can get poled.As i am now to old and too wise to go higher unless someone is footing me.

re priced today , not for window cleaning but for paint removal . the window cleaning contract is mine but i wasnt happy with the paint all over the glass .      the job is now looking like a good earner , if i get the removal on top this would be even better ,,,,,,,,,,,,,, see you soon jonah im off to leeds / bradford airport soon will be in touch mate .
