abseiling is there a demand for it ?

my mate is thinking about doing abseiling self employed as hes x army,i know theres work out there

i have been approached to clean a building 8 floors high front and back with no access for a cherry picker so i could get him to do the top 2 floors and i would pole the rest,

do any of you guys get work you need an abseiler for but dont know any one qualified ,would be interested in his services around the london - brighton area,

this is just to get an idea how much work is out there
