Who fits them?

I know PureFreedom and Aqua Nouveau do, but who else?

The reason I ask is that Ive been quoted £1,100 to fit a 300 litre tank like the one below and that seems kinda steep to me. Just the tank, no gubbins, no pipe-work, no nuffin, just supply and fit the box.

Dont quote me on this , but pure freedom are selling tanks with a fiitting kit ! Maybe you could ask a local engineering firm to fit it ?  The rest of the kit , I think you could add on yourself ?   ;D

just out of interest go on the cleantech site and price the bits up. 300l can't be that hard to fit.

Tanks etc are a piece of you know what to find, its the fitting. Ive spoken to my insurance company about carrying water, they say its fine so long as the tanks fitted professionally.

If you have the fixing kit, a local garage will probably do it, or a tow bar fitter.

For a 300 litre tank in a cage, fitted, pump + strainer + controller, battery incl of V.A.T £940.00.

My opinion is that as Adepta are an engineering firm by default rather than a waterfed pole supplier they'd be a better choice.

thats a good price for all that i just spoke to adepta and was quoted just under £500 for suppying cage and fitting it to the van which i thought was reasonable. just got to save some pennies now! ::) ::)

hi mat

I use a 300 litre tank from water tanks direct, and have plumbed my pure freedom trolley to it . also carry 4 25litre drums that i used to use with the trolley. cost me £135 for tank. job done.
