I'm having trouble using Roundtracker. Been using it for over 6 months no problems. Today, can't update it, change prices, type in debts. Any idea's?

use  a book seems to work for me andi have just started. i think people get to caught up in using gadgets in todays world.

I used to use a book,  its not fast enough when looking into the history. A A Roladex is good though - personally  I like George !

I've been in touch with Mark, well tried to. Emailed and tried calling. No reply as yet.

yes mate pay your money he sends an email you save to your computer and then just follow the instructions ie adding your customers and it is good to go. your computer needs to be able to use excel. ie i think most basic mrosoft packages it comes as standard but it would be best to check first

excel ? never heard of it ! I have a tiny computer fitted with windows xp  ::)  Was interested in george , but i just couldnt type in my custys details , and have a weekly worksheet !  Yes I am thick ,and i take a while to work things out , but i think for starters like me , george is a challenge !    Not a pop at you george , just thinking aloud  ???    The one thing i love about microsoft and its software , is they take you step by step ( as if you were a kid ) to get what you want  ;D

it should work with xp try clicking on the button at the bottom left of your screen the one that shows all the programes and have look there the programe required will have a green x as a clue

Thanks for trying  ;D Asking for code for office 2003 ! My comp crashed , and I lost the disc  ::)  I take it all back , I hate bill gates lol  :'(
