So there not worried about your big heavy pole banging against their suddenly fragile windows. Clearly we underestimate the power of the water coming out our jets as I certainly didn't know the water alone would cause problems with fragile glass. Seriously you couldn't make it up sometimes customers excuses are so far fetched you 1. Wish you had a tape recorder so you could play back to them the idiotic statement they have just made to you in an endless until they realise how stupid what they just said actually was 2. Wonder if you are actually cleaning 10 Downing Street (the worlds leading experts in far fetched excuses)!

You know, I can actually understand that one lol, I understand how people think in that particular case, but......it still doesn't make sense, what if it would rain? Your not actually soaking the ground, and even then, it's only the ground near the house, which is always warmer then outside in the lawn.
